Bought hair extentions Sales Rep Stated Hair was Indian Human Virgin Hair?

Hi everyone heres my question I went to the beauty supply store to buy hair since I want to get some extensions! I aked the store owner if the hair is 100% human indian virgin hair & she stated yes the hair is 100% human virgin hair so I went yesterday to get the extensions installed the girl at the salon stated the hair is not human is fake its some hair called yaki she said & is not original I also verified online and yes she is right the girl at the salon is right.
I called the beauty supply store today & they are very rude and said whatever they dont care I already bought the hair.
I have the hair in the original box with the receipt does anyone know what I can do since they don’t want to exchange it & they lied to me stating something was original when it was not.

Well if the store wont allow you to get your money back or exchange it i dont think theres much you can do. Next time read the packaging, if it says yaki most likely its not real. I mean when i went to a beauty supply they had a yaki 20″ for 7.99, thats a red flag saying its not real. human hair gets more expensive by the inch, and a 20″ should be way more than 8 dollars. If your not sure about the hair being human do some research.
