Make Up Brushes

How can I clean hairspray out of my new make-up brushes?
I just got back from a weekend trip. I was unpacking my suitcase and realized that my large new can of hairspray sprayed all over my make-up brushes that I just picked up. Now I have an empty can of hairspray and ruined make-up brushes. I’ve tried just running them under hot water, but that didn’t work. I’m soooo bummed. Does anyone have any suggestions?
take baby shampoo and wash your brushes with that.
if you want you can also buy MAC brush cleanser ($12)
it works really well.
make sure not to go past the silver metal part on your brush handle..it will rust!
