I say MAC…i do not know anything about Nepoleon P. MAC makeup is sooooooooooooooo sexy…and if you purchase anything from their viva glam line…your purchase will go towards AIDS and AIDS research…so you will be helping out others and looking gorgegous at the same time! Oh yeah MAC has a very nice texture and the quality is magnificant…it is well worth the price!
