Best tool for pet hair removal out of clothes and furniture.?

Hi, I was looking for some sort of tool that’s not that expensive and removes pet hair from clothes and furniture.
I live in Chile, so we don’t get the whole pet products range, and the lint rollers are way too expensive. I am looking for something good that can be used without refills, so I can spend money just once. I would pay up to $15 or $20 for the product (including shipping). I already have the furminator (i love that thing) but the little hair that’s left sticks on clothes and sofas . Also, some of my friends at the agility club want some too.

Extra thanks if you can point to a store that has your recommendations with reasonable international shipping.
Tried several tapes to clean clothes. I just dont like the fact that it “lifts” lint on soft hairy clothes. I am looking for some good alternative, been reading a lot, but unlike the furminator, i can’t seem to find something that will surely work.

Does the pledger work on clothes? small corners? thanks for your help

Any kind of tape works, duct tape, masking tape, etc. You can also use a rubber kitchen glove, or a damp cloth.
