Skin Peels

When I put on sunblock, my skin peels and dries. And the peeled skin is lighter then my original skin. Why?
When I put on sunblock, my skin peels and dries, and the peeled skin is lighter then my original skin. What is happening and how can I stop it? :S Help.
It just dead skin coming off. i get it everytime i take a shower or you are allergic to the sunblock…
